Burnanga Indigenous Fishing Club is based in regional Victoria in the township of Shepparton and is the state’s (Victoria) first ever Indigenous Fishing Club.
We are a proud Aboriginal owned and operated fishing club that provides activities on Caring for Country and Culture through fishing, dedicated to strengthening health & wellbeing, natural resource management and cultural heritage,
It is a club of belonging, a place for all ages and backgrounds.
Burnanga Indigenous fishing club provides Fresh Water Fishing Day experiences, Fishing Competitions, Tailored Cultural Fishing Experiences and products immersed with local Aboriginal cultural knowledge.
Activities are held all year round, on weekends, school holidays and public holidays depending on the season, restrictions and availability
